Policies are quite difficult with Roma people in France. Even if there are no direct exclusive policies for / against Roma people, there are many policies realized because of the situation linked to Roma communities.

This community is not a very large minority in France but as their situation is specific, some politicians can focus their policies on the Roma communities on the local level.
Many times it is an institutional way to discriminate or to exclude some Roma communities. Some authorities can realize some policies on migration or other fields that will exclude the Roma communities from their rights.
On the other hand, some policies try to propose some solutions to facilitate the integration of Roma people into the local environment and population.
