The Ministry is planning to increase education levels and to ensure the access to inclusive education of the members of Roma communities through the Operational Programme Human Resources. According to Kalinak, pre-school education of Roma children should prevent unwarranted placement in special schools.

Investments in education will be given, for instance, to the activities of teaching assistants, the activation of Roma parents, to support their cooperation with teachers, but also to the inclusive kindergarten expansion and capacity building.
