According to the Law on Associations, the Republic of Croatia has more than 145 associations of the Roma.
The Croatian central budget by the Council for National Minorities in 2013 provided the funds in the amount of 795,000 kuna for information programmes, publishing, cultural amateurism and cultural events for 19 Roma national minority associations.
