In the years 2007 - 2009, the Foundation participated in transnational cooperation projects which were increasing the employment of the Roma. The project aimed to improve the employment of the Roma and Roma women through the dissemination of successful methodologies and tools. The project involves organizations from Lithuania, Netherlands and Slovakia. The project focuses on the direct exchange of experience among organizations. During that period, six workshops were carried out in the participating countries. One of the outcomes is a series of national reports on the employment situation of the Roma in the partner countries.
