Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Project objectives:
- improving the performance of field social work through training and supervision field work of social workers and assistants, field social workers
- the standardization of Terrain social workers' performance through the methodological management of terrain social workers by the coordinators
- increasing the availability and improving the access to services
ensure the continuity of field social workers in the medium term
- reducing the administrative burden of the involved municipalities
Who will benefit from this project (target group)
- socially excluded groups or at risk of exclusion
- employees involved in policies and measures in the field of social inclusion in the private and public sector
