Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Provide access to Roma students from Fakulteta to quality desegregated education.
To expand the network of educational institutions- situated close or bordering areas with concentration of Roma population- which can welcome and integrate Roma children, starting from pre-school age.
To develop an effective and sustainable municipal program for bringing children out of regions in Sofia Municipality with a concentration of Roma population /district.
To mobilize local communities’ resources and all key actors /responsible institutions, parents, NGOs, school boards/ to work together for the implementation of the local strategy for Roma educational integration and social inclusion.

Results of the project
Roma school mediators trained- 10 people, 7 of which employed.
School staff trained- 25 people.
School programs for educational integration developed- 5.
Municipal program for educational Integration developed- 1.
Brochures developed and distributed- 5 types x 2000 copies.
Participants in the public hearings- 69 Roma people.
Participants in the parents’ meetings- 366 Roma parents.
School year 2010-2011- Secured transportation for 398 Roma children.
School year 2011-2012- Secured transportation for 418 Roma children.
