Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
The main aim of the KEYROMA project is to address a problem that is very common among Roma women, namely their lack of integration in the labour market as a consequence of poor education. Partners will find ways to tackle this widespread problem by motivating, encouraging and enabling them to participate in learning.
Specific aims:
• improving Roma women’s socio-economic integration through adult education;
• contributing to the improvement of the quality of adult learning by providing tailored information applicable to a very specific target group;
• increasing Roma women’s participation in learning, as well as their chances on the labour market;
• establishing a direct dialogue with the target group and at promoting social cohesion, active citizenship and personal fulfillment of the participating women.
