Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
The Roma families often face problems when it comes in acquiring personal documents. In the area of Fier, it is a reality that there are Roma people not registered in the civil offices, thus they do not benefit the aid and the support provided by the state. This reality has roots in many factors and required immediate action.
Registration in the local civil offices for Roma who wanted to obtain different documents, was facilitated by RAA for a period of 6 months. Also a information campaign was implemented in the area and the civil servants were introduced with know how in providing qualitative services for Roma aplicants. 300 Roma obtained several documents, such as Health cards and ID cards, as well three meetings with local offices brought together the civil servants and the Roma clients.

Results of the project
312 cases of civil registration were encountered and solved.
Having successfully concluded 3 trainings; one Baltez two in Mbrostar.
