Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Full educational integration of Roma students.
Motivate paretns to particiapte in school life.
Motivate students to continue their education.
Increase the capacity of teachers to with students from ethnic minorities.

Results of the project
50 parents actively involved in the educational process.
70 students motivated to continue their education.
Appointed educational mediator to the Foundation "Regional Roma Union".
20 teachers trained in work with students from ethnic minorities.
Additional classes for 27 Roma students to catch up with the school material.
Endorsed educational practice in Bourgas Municipality of the right of equal access of children from ethnic minorities in vocational education by raising the place of vocational training in the value system of Roma families.
Community empowerment - established Club "Active parent".
Identified specific needs of the target groups via research - Questionnaire survey for professional orientation in the 8th grade - 4 elementary schools with 90 students.
