Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Provision of a favorable environment to foster full integration of Roma children from closed schools into focal school. Create a project implementation team and organization for project implementation. Training of teachers to work in a multicultural environment. Forming a club interests "Together". Working with parents. Promotion of the project.
Results of the project
Decreased drop out level.
Increased teachers qualification to work in multicultural enviroment.
After class activities to increase students' performance.
Parents involved into the life of the school through establishment of Parental club and participation in the project activities.
Improved communication climate between Roma and non-Roma.
