Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Unprepared environment for work with minority students in focal schools. The overall objective of the project is the full and equal educational integration of students and enhancing their motivation for involvement in the process of mutual learning.
Motivate partners to be active in the educaktional process of their children. Increase skills of teachers to work with children with minority ethnic origin. Prevent early school leaving. Work to desegregate education

Results of the project
Created 21 groups of interests - way of life and traditions of ethnic groups, folklore songs, folklore, dance, fine art, sports games and activities, etc. Involved parents in the group initiatives, trips, concerts, etc. Trained teachers on working in a multicultural environment. Organized traditional celebrations of the different ethnic groups with the active participation of parents in celebrating the Day of Tollerance, Namedays - Vasilyovden, Gergyovden, etc. Prevention of early school leaving has decreased - during the implementation of the project 3 studenst dropped out - 2 of them because of travelling with their parents abroad and one of them because of early marriage. Participation in Folklore Festival. The project was disseminated in some of the local media. The activities are reported in a guide in bulgarian language.
