Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
L'objectif du projet était de donner des vélos aux enfants Roms de trois campements roms dans le Nord de la France afin de les responsabiliser et de faciliter leurs déplacements jusqu'à l'école. Pour ce faire, le matériel d'entretien leur était fourni. Enfin, le dernier objectif du projet était de fournir un emploi à l'un des papas des enfants roms.
Results of the project
Ce projet a permis à trois campements roms d’acquérir des vélos.
Embauche (contrat CDD d'une semaine) de l'un des papas s'est révélée une expérience prometteuse.
L'assiduité des enfants à l'école s'est améliorée et ils se sont également responsabilisés en prenant soin de leurs vélos.
