Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
To improve the process of attracting, retaining and integrating Roma youths in secondary educational system from disadvanteged rural areas of North-East Bulgaria. To diversify school life and curriculum. To attract, retain and integrate Roma young people in secondary educational system.

Results of the project
Increased GPA of the students, involved in the project. Decreased drop out rate. Increased social skills and civil knowledge of the students. Increased knowledge and skills of teachers from targeted school for work in multicultural environment. Increased motivation of students to continue their education. Well established and further developed partnerships with educational institutions.
