Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
To enhance the possibility of starting a dialogue and promotion of a social aggregation, characterized by participation and joint responsibility of Roma and non-Roma actors as peers to address the Roma Issues.
Training of 75 people working within public authorities and NGOs that work with/for Roma community raised their capacities on NGO Management, Community Development, Fundraising, legislation for protecting minorities’ rights, etc.

Results of the project
75 leaders and representatives of Roma/non Roma NGOs were trained on the NGO Management and Community Development. 30 teachers from Durresi and Fush-Kruja schools were trained on “Roma Culture”. A database of Roma experts in Albania, Kosovo and Romania was created. A webpage on Roma Inclusion was created. A regional seminar on “Roma participation in Albania, Kosovo and Romania” was organized.
