Provide conditions fro young Roma professionals to enter the private companies business. Bring together young Roma and business organizations.
Results of the project
Established partnerships wth more than 20 private companies.
40 young Roma professionals have undertook a traineeship within private companies.
15 young Roma professionals permanently employed by private companies.
Promotional materials and documentaries.
