Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
The programme provides technical assistance sites (communities, municipalities, regions) in which the members of marginalized Roma communities can engage; it involves the municipalities with marginalized Roma communities that are interested in solving one or more MRC problems or the problems of MRC in terms of a comprehensive approach.

Results of the project
The programme implemented the activities that extend to an analysis of the status and the needs of each location:

- an assisting regional consultant in community planning,
- the creation of a strategy development site with an emphasis on marginalized Roma communities,
- creating an implementation plan for generating projects for EU funds,
- regular information on current calls for proposals,
- the identification of project plans and calls for projects,
- the development of quality projects / applications for funding,
- assistance in the preparation and processing of project documentation,
- the adjustment of projects as recommended by the Managing Authority,
- technical assistance in the implementation and execution of the project,
- training to increase the capacity of the village in the area of strategic planning,
- preparation and implementation of projects,
- expert advice on project preparation and implementation.
