Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Chance Public Association intends to set up ''Bodager'' Buffet and Fast Food Restaurant in their currently operating Youth Club in order to
a) draw attracting and realistic perspectives for those - mainly Roma - young metropolitans who live in extreme poverty and are lack of any institutional relations and community ties
via actuating a model whereby they could:
- run the business with appropriate control, management preparatory work and coaching,
- and maintain the Youth Club by their own work
while the joint project and cause ensure effective community work and activities of community development;
reduce prejudices against the Roma by familiarising Roma gastronomic culture; make the Youth Club function self-sustainably.

Results of the project
Creating the brand; product- and enterprise development;
shaping up the space for the ''Bodager''; marketing-communication, community work, community development;
organization development, establishing functioning framework of management, operation and monitoring.
In the course of the project numerous volunteer experts are to be involved both from the spheres of communication and catering, enterprising.
The program could be a model for other NGOs operating in the area - developing the reasoned brand serves the goals of adapting - franchising - the program easily in other regions, cities and neighbourhoods as well.
