Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
Using an area-based approach and set of interlinked activities, the Project will then contribute to decrease social exclusion of Roma in six Croatian Counties with the highest number of Roma through creation of sustainable partnerships and practices promoting equal access and participation of Roma and other disadvantaged groups in local social and economic development.

Results of the project
Reduced gap between Roma inclusion national strategies’ expectations and realities at local level in terms of strategies’ development and implementation.
County public administration and Roma Council from Sisak-Moslavina, Koprivnica-Križevci; Brod-Posavina; Osijek-Baranja; and Primorje-Gorski Kotar Counties equipped with skills, methods and tools for evidence-based policy making, service delivery and monitoring with the emphasis on the most vulnerable members of the community.
Enhanced EU funds absorption capacities’ of local stakeholders and Roma NGO’s from Međimurje and Sisak-Moslavina Counties.
Structural obstacles that Roma face when attempting to access their rights and services will be reduced in Sisak-Moslavina County through a flexible, innovative and coordinated approach.
Enhanced employment of Roma through self-employment in Međimurje and Sisak-Moslavina Counties.
