Summary (goals and purposes of the project)
The overall objective is to contribute to the development and implementation of a more effective labour market policy, tailored to the needs of Roma women in the city of Zagreb.
The specific objective of the project is to develop an individualized approach (tailor-made), assistance and support to the unemployed Roma women in the information literacy, vocational training and independent job search.
Results of the project
Results:
- research conducted on the needs of Roma women and employers for new employment,
- the Centre for counselling, support and information (CASI "Romani") was established,
- the contact between the beneficiaries and potential employers was established in order to realize the employment of a beneficiary.
Who will benefit from this project (target group)
The target group are the unemployed Roma women and their families from the city of Zagreb.
Sources of funding
The total project value is 157,206.98 euros, of which the EU is financing 121,539.31 euros, or 77.31%, and the rest is the contribution of the holders of CES, the Regional Office Zagreb and the partner City of Zagreb, the project is funded with 70,000, £ 00 and provides space for the Center for counselling, support and informing CASI "Romani".
