On the 21st October another dissemination exploitation workshop was carried out at RIC Novo mesto. We met with the principles and counsellors form primary schools which involve Roma children. We presented them the eromaresource.com platform, its purpose, options for usage at their daily work and possibilities for presenting and sharing their own materials and projects.

 

The participants welcomed the platform and they evaluated, that the materials collected in one place can help teachers develop their own teaching approaches. They also welcomed the opportunities for active participation in the international conference Broaden Horizons and the opportunity for the national and foreign practices to be presented. They pointed out that they are interested mostly in the presentation of projects in the field of motivation for learning and school attendance, the promotion of values and responsibilities, possible types of support for professionals to avoid burnout, the concrete examples of successful working methods and support possibilities for the educators from the local area …
