Croatian Employment Service, Regional Office Karlovac organized 8^th Job Fair in the Karlovac County. There were 48 exhibitors (24 private) who presented their companies but also used this as an opportunity to get in direct contact with the unemployed and job seekers but also students and exchange information about occupations, skills and knowledge they need in their respective fields. The unemployed had the possibility to get in touch with potential employers and leave them their CV-s.

Within the Job Fair, a round table ‘’Compass to exit the long-term unemployment - portal e-Guidance’’ was held. Several topics were discussed, such as: ‘’ First steps towards the world of labor’’ and ‘’ Career guidance for lifelong learning’’. In the framework of this roundtable, e-Roma Resource project and platform were presented. The participants of the round table were from various sectors such as: employment, local and regional institutions, education, health, etc. The conclusion was that there are still many problems that Roma population is facing and the emphasis has to be put on the education of Roma minority and the platform can be a great tool for searching for useful projects of similar nature.
