Legislation

The Croatian Constitution is a unique general legal act of the highest legal force in the Republic of Croatia which contains an overwhelming number of constitutional norms. National minorities, in terms of the Constitutional Law on National Minorities, are groups of Croatian citizens whose members are traditionally settled on Croatian territory, and who have ethnic, linguistic and / or religious characteristics different from other citizens and who wish to preserve these characteristics.
